Return and Exchange Policy
In order to return your mattress, you must contact us by email to request a return authorization. We will provide you with an RA#
We accept returns on all unopened product within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
We offer exchanges on damaged unopened product when reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Once a mattress is opened, our 15 year total warranty applies.
Please ensure that your mattress is fully sealed, clean and free from any stains. Refunds are issued once the mattress is received and inspected for damages and stains or upon receiving it back to us. Mattresses must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, with all instructions, warranties, and original serial numbers (located on the mattress new material tags as well as the label attached to the bag and box your mattress was shipped in).
Please state the reason for your return when contacting us as we use this information to improve our products and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Once we receive your mattress and confirm the return, we will process your refund in full on the original method of payment used for purchase within 2-5 business days. Please note that it may take a little longer for the funds to process and display back on to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customers responsibility on all returns.
Limit of 1 returned mattress per customer. We reserve the right to refuse a return for reasons including but not limited to returns and/or insurance fraud at our discretion. These policies may change at any time without notice.
AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD
Chirofoam™ Memory Foam Mattresses are protected by our 15 year total warranty protection guarantee. This covers the mattress from any defects in workmanship and quality, for a period of 15 years from the purchase date. Please see our warranty details for more information.
